I was reading the likes of Kos and Democratic Underground last night and several of the commentators were blaming Sarah Palin for her son's Downs Syndrome, I suspect it will only be a matter of time before that meme breaks into the mainstream too.

Now, who was that sports presenter who claimed disabled people must be paying for some wrong in another life? This is about on a par with that.
'Progressives'? Yeah, sure...
Sure, future VP Sarah Palin has a son with Down's Syndrome. Four healthy babies out of five ain't bad.
But look at The Goblin King, one dead, one OK, one with Down's. That's a pretty piss poor record.
On a less serious note, old parents (SP was 43 or 44, TGK was fifty or older) = unhealthy kids. Don't these people listen to what the Health Nazis say?
